Shaun Hardick

Shaun is the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions of Redwood Services. He leads all M&A, finance, and accounting initiatives across the Redwood Family. The Texas native began his career in Dallas working for two of the Big Four professional services firms, most recently in PwC’s Deals Advisory practice, where he advised on 20+ deals totaling over $4 billion. More recently, he has operated high-growth businesses in the legal and home services industries. Shaun earned a Master of Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is a former Certified Professional Accountant in the state of Texas.
