Jessica Zhang

Jessica Zhang is the Vice President Of Human Resources at Danfoss. Zhang joins Danfoss from Eaton Corporation, where she spent nearly 14 years in various senior human resources roles across the corporate HR Center of Excellence and the company’s Industrial and Electrical sectors. She most recently served as vice president of HR for Eaton’s Energy Solutions and Services group. Before joining Eaton, Zhang spent 10 years at global HR consultancy Hewitt Associates (now part of Aon). During her time there, she gained extensive experience consulting for some of the world's leading companies. Zhang holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from East China University of Science and Technology.
