Works to make a Cheltenham hotel more energy efficient while it remained open and occupied have been completed. The Cheltenham Chase engaged mechanical and electrical contractors Ash Integrated Services to deliver the project. The Atherton-based firm replaced an existing Combined Heat and Power (CHP) unit with a new boiler, water heaters, and pumps, all newer technology which will decrease the hotel’s running costs for heat.
