RANGE OF LOAD CAPACITIES: Available in 3-6 and 8-30 (3 cabinet sizes) ton full load capacities for installation in any application. SCROLL COMPRESSORS: All models utilize reliable and efficient scroll compressors. Choose between single speed, dual capacity (3-6 ton), or two single compressors on independent circuits. AURORA CONTROLS: Aurora is the newest family of WaterFurnace controls that feature two-way communication and advanced monitoring (optional). Control features for the rooftop unit include integrated economizer controls as well as a disconnect with tagged lockout. AURORA UPC DDC CONTROLS: An optional DDC control utilizing BACNet, N2, or LON protocols is available and will tie into a building automation system smoothly for even more control. ALL-ALUMINUM AIR COILS: An aluminum air coil is featured in all commercial rooftop units to provide exceptional durability and high efficiencies. Added protection is also available with an optional AlumiSeal™ coating. FIELD-CONVERTIBLE: The rooftop cabinet is field-convertible from bottom to side return/discharge. DURABLE DRAIN PANS: A slide-out double-sloped stainless steel condensate drain pan is featured for convenience and durability. VARIABLE SPEED BLOWER MOTORS: Depending on size, multiple blower motor options are available including a 5-Speed ECM, forward curve variable speed ECM, or variable speed ECM backward incline plenum fans. WEATHER-PROOF CABINET: Fully weather-proof cabinet features double-wall door construction, 1” foil-faced insulation, and gasketed door seals. OUTDOOR AIR: Factory mounted modulating economizer, or fixed or motorized outdoor air dampers. A matched ERV is available for up to 100% outdoor air. AIR FILTRATION: Integrated 4 sided filter rack with 1", 2" or 4" MERV 13, or 2" MERV 8 options.
