Scott Nelmark is presently working as the Director of Ducted Systems Learning & Development at Johnson Controls. Prior to his current role, he was a senior manager, training services and started as a senior training specialist at Johnson Controls. Scott was also the owner and media developer at Axxess Media Interactive and a service and training manager at Monroe Equipment Inc., and more. He holds a Master’s degree in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and in Learning Technologies from the University of North Texas and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University.
