Matt Tobolski is presently the President and Co-Founder of BASX Solutions. Prior to this, he was an executive advisor at Structural Integrity Associates, a president/co-founder of TRU Compliance, and a president, CEO and founder of Tobolski Watkins Engineering, Inc. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, a Master's and a Ph.D. degree in Structural Engineering from the University of California.
