Dubin’s responsibilities include: development and deployment of sales strategy, as well as deploying a comprehensive strategy to work with the nation’s electric utilities to create beneficial Heat Pump incentive programs. Dubin previously worked in multiple positions for large gas/electric utility National Grid in the Northeastern US. Dubin earned a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a master of business administration from Boston University. Dubin currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnership (NEEP), Lexington, Massachusetts.
