The acquisition was announced on 14th April 2022 and following clearance from the Irish Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, ownership was transfered to Wolseley Group in July 2022. The three businesses combined employ over 400 people in 47 locations in the Republic of Ireland. All jobs will be retained, and it is also planned that the individual brands will be retained.
