Paolo Faraldi Joins CAREL As CTO To Drive Innovation

On 1 October 2024, Paolo Faraldi joined CAREL as the new 'Group Chief Technology Officer'. This strategic appointment reflects the Group’s commitment to strengthening the scope and development of its technical areas, with the aim of increasing the integration and coordination of its technological processes. Paolo Faraldi brings to the Group more than 20 years’ experience acquired at major international companies, such as Fiat, Indesit, Philips, and Electrolux, both in Italy and abroad. Key part of CAREL’s strategy In this new role, Paolo Faraldi will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating CAREL’s technical and digital projects, with the aim of fostering synergy and innovation across all areas of development. This appointment is a key part of CAREL’s strategy, which has always been centered around research, innovation and technology: constant analysis and adoption of new technologies are in fact part of the Group’s consolidated research and development process. Electrolux AGM 2025: Nomination Committee Members Named

The members of the Nomination Committee for AB Electrolux Annual General Meeting in 2025 have now been appointed. In accordance with decision by the Annual General Meeting, AB Electrolux Nomination Committee shall consist of five members. The Nomination Committee shall include members selected by each of the four largest shareholders in terms of voting rights that wish to participate in the committee, together with the Chairman of the AB Electrolux Board. Proposal regarding amendments The members of the Nomination Committee have now been appointed based on the ownership structure as of August 31, 2024. Christian Cederholm, Investor AB, is the Chairman of the committee. The other members are Marianne Nilsson, Swedbank Robur Funds, Anders Hansson, AMF Tjänstepension och Fonder, and Carina Silberg, Alecta. The committee will also include Torbjörn Lööf, Chairman of AB Electrolux. The Nomination Committee will prepare proposals for the Annual General Meeting in 2025 regarding Chairman of the Annual General Meeting, Board members, Chairman of the Board, remuneration for Board members, Auditor, Auditor’s fees and, to the extent deemed necessary, proposal regarding amendments of the current instruction for the Nomination Committee. The Annual General Meeting will be held on March 26, 2025, in Stockholm, Sweden.

Electrolux Group Names Ann-Sofi Jönsson New IR Head

Electrolux Group has appointed Ann-Sofi Jönsson as Head of Investor Relations and Sustainability Reporting as from latest February 10, 2025. Ann-Sofi Jönsson is currently Head of Investor Relations, Group Risk Management and Sustainability at Munters Group AB, and has previously held similar positions within Saab, ABB AG, Accenture AG and Siemens Building Technologies. She will report to Therese Friberg, Chief Financial Officer of Electrolux Group.
