Customized EC Fan 

Wolong EC Fan was featured with four key technical advantages in its system, impeller, motor, and drive control technology:

  • The system balancing technology will ensure low noise, low vibration, and stable and reliable operation of the fan; 
  • The impeller adopts structure, strength, and fluid simulation design to ensure its pioneering aerodynamic characteristics; 
  • The efficient permanent magnet motor adopts unique plastic sealing technology and anti-corrosion technology to meet the requirements of low cost, high performance, and maintenance-free characteristics;
  • The DFC control algorithm, which is Wolong's proprietary patent protection technology, ensures excellent performance, achieves constant air volume and constant torque output, and enables an intelligent fan.

High Efficiency Integrated Machine 

The BLDC motor, EC motor, and fresh air system exhibited by Wolong are all integrated products of drive control, which can realize frequency conversion speed regulation, intelligent control operation, and maintenance.

Wolong’s BLDC motor takes an internationally pioneering level in low vibration, low noise, high efficiency, and many other technical indicators.

Permanent magnet auxiliary reluctance synchronous machine 

The energy efficiency level is above IE4, and the built-in motor parameters enable the optimal control status

Wolong’s asynchronous and synchronous motor solutions include an EMR permanent magnet auxiliary reluctance synchronous machine, a water pump variable frequency integrated machine, a permanent magnet synchronous motor, and a high-efficiency asynchronous motor. 

Among them, the EMR permanent magnet auxiliary reluctance synchronous machine features high performance, composed of a backpack drive without a control panel and a ferrite-assisted synchronous reluctance motor, which is applicable in factories and large building fan solutions.

The energy efficiency level is above IE4, and the built-in motor parameters enable the optimal control status, without the use of a control panel, instead, Wolong uses a convenient PC tool to drive the motor, and high system efficiency can be achieved under different loads.
