Unit 2 of the Meizhou pumped storage power station has entered commercial operation on March 1. The 1.2 GW pumped storage power plant (phase Ⅰ), located in Meizhou, South China’s Guangdong province, is installed with 4×300 MW turbines developed by DEC.
