To be considered as a top candidate for recognition, a brand needs to acquire enough survey responses to achieve a 95 percent confidence level. Once confidence levels are determined, survey results are compared with peer organizations of like size and complexity.
“Knowing the purchase of an HVAC system is a major investment for homeowners, brand trust plays a critical role in their purchasing decisions,” said Eric Snider, President of Lifestory Research. “Trane consistently earns consumer assurance, which is evident in ranking #1 in the annual America’s Most Trusted® study.” In addition to the Lifestory Research 2022 America's Most Trusted® Study, Trane retained the #3 position in their Smart Thermostat study.
