Toshiba Carrier Corporation announced that the company’s Board of Directors has internally appointed Toru Kubo as President & CEO, effective June 22, 2018.
The decision of this internal appointment was made at the Board of Directors Meeting on June 5, 2018, and is subject to the approval at its ordinary general meeting of shareholders and board meeting scheduled on June 22, 2018.
Kondo Hirokazu, the outgoing President & CEO, has been internally appointed as Auditor of Toshiba Infrastructure Systems & Solutions Corporation, effective June 25, 2018.
