Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US (METUS), a supplier of Ductless and Ducted Mini-split and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heat-pump and air-conditioning systems, is pleased to announce the hiring of Tom Overs as vice president, residential business.

Tom's experience 

Before joining METUS, Overs spent 18 years with Lennox International and affiliated companies, serving in continually advancing roles including product manager, district manager, general manager, and vice president of Heatcraft Australia and Advanced Distributor Products (ADP) in the United States.

Overs recently served as vice president of the dealer channel at Harvey Windows and Doors. Based at the METUS headquarters in Suwanee, Georgia, Overs is responsible for managing all aspects of the residential business and oversees multiple regional residential business units. He leads the organization’s effort to develop and improve national residential business operations.

Overs holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Ohio Northern University and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
