Parameters adjustment takes place through PLC with a dedicated program and it allows the proportionated modularity according to the quantity of the product stored.

Sanitization is guaranteed by easily approachable stainless materials and VELOCE® fabric diffusers removable for periodic washing. Quietness, rate of quality, and performance create welfare for cheese in ripening and for handling employees.
