A. O. Smith in Milwaukee announced that it has been named a 2019 Top Workplace by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The award was based solely on employee feedback gathered from a third-party study conducted last fall.

“Becoming a 'Top Workplace' isn’t something organization can buy,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage, the third-party company that conducted the research study on behalf of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. “It’s an achievement organization have worked for and a distinction that gives them a competitive advantage. It’s a big deal.”

Milwaukee is home to A. O. Smith’s global headquarters and Corporate Technology Center, the company’s innovation hub in the United States.
