SLD Pumps & Power (SLD), the UK’s supplier of industrial pumps and generator rental equipment, is strengthening its customer-centric approach with the launch of two new customer service centers.

SLD is a trading division of Carrier Rental Systems UK Ltd, part of Carrier Global Corporation, a global pioneer in intelligent climate and energy solutions.

SLD has created two new dedicated teams to meet the increasing demands of its customers. The service center agents have undergone extensive training to enhance their expertise with a wide range of rental solutions including pumps, generators, sustainable green energy products, installations, and capital sales. 

The two teams have a dedicated supervisor, manager, process, an,d service trainer to oversee service levels, consistent interactions with customers, and outstanding compliance and safety.

The teams are equipped with commercial empowerment in business development activity to make decisions quickly. “We believe that well-trained and knowledgeable staff are vital in meeting our customers' evolving requirements,” said Les Scott, Operations Director, SLD.

These newly established centers service the UK, from Livingston Scotland which covers the North to Bracknell, Berkshire which covers the South. Both centers are accredited with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications, reflecting SLD’s commitment to quality, sustainability health, and safety.
