Temperature and humidity management are vital parts of HVAC and building operations. To help facility managers ensure that conditions stay within required parameters, Sensaphone® has added a new combination sensor to its line of remote monitoring equipment for HVAC and building automation applications.

Because this new combination sensor communicates via Modbus, it is used exclusively with Sensaphone's Sentinel PRO system to monitor indoor air temperature and humidity levels.

Data logging capabilities

The Sentinel PRO sends an alarm notification when the temperature or humidity falls outside of the programmed high or low limit. The cloud-based Sentinel PRO system provides users with on-demand, real-time status of environmental conditions, as well as data logging capabilities.

The temperature and humidity combination sensor measures temperature from -32° F to 122° F (0° C to 50° C) and non-condensing relative humidity from 0% to 100%. It features a backlit LCD and menu for easy installation. The slim enclosure allows users to mount the sensor in a single electrical box or directly to the wall, and up to 32 sensors can be wired in succession.
