Riello expands its product portfolio with the addition of its new model Array 800, completing the existing Array boiler series.

Riello, a pioneer in manufacturing systems and technologies for heating, cooling, and energy efficiency in the residential and commercial sectors and a worldwide pioneer in combustion technology, is a part of Carrier Global Corporation, the global provider of healthy, safe, sustainable, and intelligent building and cold chain solutions.

Continued boiler operation

The Array 800 is a pre-packaged boiler plant, with an output from 40 to 800 MBTU/h, with a turndown ratio 20:1. Riello’s range of Array boilers, covers an output from 40 MBTU/h up to 4000 MBTU/h. A single Array boiler provides high uptime and utilizes multiple stainless steel heat exchangers with dedicated pumps.

User-friendly and intuitive navigation provides quick data collection and diagnostics

The Array 800 and all models in the series are independent, ensuring continued boiler operation if an adjacent module is turned off or removed. Easy roll-out module configuration allows for easy removal, service, and maintenance. The Array 800, and the full Array range, are equipped with a 7-inch color graphic touchscreen, among the largest in the segment.

High-Performance fan

User-friendly and intuitive navigation provides quick data collection and diagnostics. The operator interface also includes service reminders for scheduled maintenance.

An advanced pre-mixed stainless steel mesh burner with a modulating gas valve, high-performance fan and proportional control guarantees a consistent air to fuel ratio throughout the entire range of modulation resulting in low emissions and efficient combustion. A single platform designed for all Array boilers makes installation and commissioning easy, regardless of the output required. A new Array model is ideal for new installation and retrofit projects
