Hot water and heating appliances manufacturer, Navien is to offer new and existing members of its recently relaunched loyalty program the opportunity to gain even more points in autumn.
NCB700 ON Combi Crossover boiler
Indeed, installers who are new to Navien Choice Plus – the latest evolution of its Navien Choice loyalty program - will receive additional points on its range of gas- or oil-powered boilers, following their first installation registered with the platform.
This means that those installing Navien’s flagship NCB700 ON Combi Crossover boiler, for example, will receive an additional 100 Navien Choice Plus points.
Autumn promotion
Commenting on the latest promotion, Jason Davies, sales director at Navien UK, said, “We’re excited to introduce this fantastic autumn promotion - which is our largest to date."
“Having recently relaunched our loyalty program with Navien Choice Plus, we’ve been talking to our loyal installer network to help tailor new incentives like this to ensure new and existing members can truly reap the rewards this heating season.”

Installers sitting in the gold rewards tier will receive an additional 100 points for every fourth installation
Not only this, but Navien will also be rewarding existing members. In addition to the rewards installers already receive through the program’s tiered system of silver, gold, platinum, and diamond, both new and existing members will be able to claim up to 100 more points for every four boilers they install.
For example, installers sitting in the gold rewards tier will receive an additional 100 points for every fourth installation of Navien’s NCB700 ON Combi Crossover boiler, on top of the 70 points they will already receive per unit installed.
Navien Choice Plus points
Navien Choice Plus points through the program can be exchanged for some amazing rewards from cameras and smart watches to coffee machines, DeWalt toolkits, and even holidays.
Platinum and diamond members can also use their points to redeem cash alternatives, and while the promotion runs, top installers can even rake in more than £1,000 worth of points – meaning more to spend ahead of the Christmas season!

Jason continued, “Through this latest promotion, we want to ensure that the loyalty our installer network has shown us is reciprocated, and with the lead-up to Christmas, we think this is a great way to reward those who have continued to support us over the last 10 years.”
The promotion will run from 2 September to 30 November 2024 and only selected Navien products will apply.
