ECR International is pleased to announce that Nicholas Bowers has recently joined our Team in the position of Manufacturing Engineering Support. Nick reports to Steve Lilly, and is supporting plant operations in Dunkirk.

He is a 2018 graduate of Penn State Erie with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Operations and Supply Chain Management. Nick holds certifications in Industrial Time Studies, OSHA training and Lean Manufacturing. His work experience includes time at Truck-lite as an Industrial Engineer as well as an Internship at Ring Precision.

Nick is eager to learn the processes and they look forward to his enthusiasm, fresh perspective and contribution in achieving our goal of continuous improvement throughout ECR.
