As the new Chief Operations Officer (COO), Toby Maddox will be working to achieve the company’s strategic objectives. He will be tasked with spearheading SMS Environmental’s growth strategy and further strengthening its position as one of the leading water treatment companies in the United Kingdom (UK).

Michelle Croston appointed as the new Head of Finance
Michelle Croston has been appointed as the company’s new Head of Finance. As well as leading and developing the financial operations of the business, her responsibilities include contributing to its overall growth strategy and business plan by delivering value-added insights from a financial perspective.
Michelle Croston stated, “As an organization, we are driven by people that do what it takes to get the job done, giving our best effort and approaching every day with a positive attitude. As you can imagine, leading the financial operations of any company is a challenge, but at SMS it’s definitely worthwhile. The growth we’ve seen over the last year is testament to that.”
