Marcone, a renowned North American distributor of plumbing, appliance, HVAC, commercial kitchen, and pool and spa repair parts, celebrated the opening of its regional distribution center in suburban Dallas earlier this week.

Located at 165 N. I-35 East, Ste. 141, the distribution center boasts 200,000 square feet of warehouse space – or roughly the size of four football fields. It is filled with thousands of repair parts for the plumbing, appliance and commercial kitchen industries.

Streamline operations

We are pleased to streamline operations in the Dallas area with this new facility,” said Greg Fleischut, President of Marcone Appliance Parts.

Greg Fleischut adds, “Whether it’s a home refrigerator, a restaurant oven or hotel shower, each of these items are of utmost importance when they aren’t working properly. That’s why Marcone is committed to same-day order processing as a way of getting repair parts in the hands of our servicers as quickly as possible.”

New distribution center

The distribution center also offers locker pickup options for technicians who need after-hours access

More than 300 customers toured the new center Tuesday, attending a vendor fair populated by the industry’s most popular brands. The distribution center also offers locker pickup options for technicians who need after-hours access. They can order a part online, then pick it up – or leave a part for a return – before or after business hours in a secured Marcone locker.

The new distribution center allows Marcone to ensure next-day delivery to 93% of the U.S. population with next-day ground service. It is one of three regional distribution centers being opened by Marcone in 2024, with the others in Calgary, Alberta and Kansas City, Missouri.

Marcone’s strategic footprint

Marcone’s strategic footprint sets us apart from other distributors, and that’s even more evident with the opening of these additional facilities,” said Avichal Jain, Chief Executive Officer of Marcone.

Avichal Jain adds, “With three million SKUs, a range of delivery options and nearly 200 locations throughout North America, we are able to bring customers the parts they need – when and where they need them.”
