For one reason or another, a home still does not have air conditioning. Maybe the user installed a system several years ago and found themself hoping it would continue to work even on the hottest summer days or maybe the home was built without an A/C system. In either case, Isaac has the process, performance, and price that will help keep the user cool in summer.

Whether Isaac needs to install A/C for the first time or it is upgrading the current system, a project manager can thoroughly assess the situation, then present a menu of options and technologies to help meet the homeʼs cooling needs. The goal is to install the most effective and efficient solution that ensures home comfort and a better quality of life for the whole family.

First System Installs

Builders will often prep a home for air conditioning so that homeowners can easily install a system at a later date. That’s the case with many of Isaac’s new A/C system installs.

Before it installs the new system, it wants to ensure that the house is well-prepped for A/C installation. While, in most cases, the infrastructure is likely in place to simply select a system and install it, and Isaac project manager will first:

  • Measure the home to determine proper sizing for A/C
  • Assess the duct system to identify sufficient supply and return air runs
  • Confirm that all rooms have been properly ducted
  • Ensure that the electrical panel can accommodate the increased load
  • Survey the property to find the best location for the unit
  • Make sure the thermostat will work with the new A/C unit

After a thorough assessment, Isaac will present suggestions on how to overcome any challenges, and incorporate their solutions into final recommendations and a pricing proposal.

The majority of homes in the markets that it serves have an air conditioning system already installed

Upgrading Your A/C System

The majority of homes in the markets that it serves have an air conditioning system already installed. In that case, how does the user know if the A/C needs replacing?

  • 15 or more years old
  • Not cooling properly
  • Home feels cool but clammy
  • Have had excessive repairs
  • High energy bills

Isaac will come to the user's home and review the current A/C system. This process helps determine the following:

  • If your current system is properly balanced
  • Whether the current system is too small or too large

Energy-efficient systems

The great news is that today’s air conditioning systems are very efficient – up to 40-50 percent more efficient than 15 years ago. That translates to reduced energy costs, perhaps as much as half of what it currently costs to run the system. This helps provide an excellent return on the investment in a new air conditioning system.

Also, technologies such as multi-stage and variable capacity will add tremendous comfort.
