Infinitum, the creator of the sustainable air-core motor, announced it will be showcasing its latest generation, high-efficiency HVAC motor, EC fan partner systems, and pump solutions, and hosting live, interactive motor demos at the AHR Expo, the HVAC industry’s pioneering event, being held in Chicago January 22-24th.

Infinitum’s latest generation HVAC motor system: Infinitum’s new-for-2024, latest generation Aircore EC motor system for commercial and industrial HVAC applications offers the industry’s highest efficiency, power and torque density in an even smaller, lighter form factor for reduced energy consumption, easier installation and extended life. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience live, interactive demos of the new motor system and learn how variable speed controls can significantly reduce energy consumption in different building environments. 

  • EC Fan Systems: Infinitum’s EC fan partners will showcase a variety of high-efficiency, compact EC fan solutions featuring Infinitum motors for commercial buildings, data centers, and industrial air handling.
    • Lau Fan: Panel Mount Plenum Fans - for air movement applications where efficiency, space, and integrated controls are critical, Lau Fans featuring Infinitum Motors offer a high-efficiency modular unit, with a slim profile, and a wide range of impeller options. With its multiple integrated controls including 4-20 mA, 0-10 Vdc, and MODBUS, it is an excellent choice for commercial rooftop, central station air handlers, and data center needs.
    • Peerless Blowers: ATLAS AIR is a powerful, high-efficiency radial diffuser wheel plug fan combining a small form factor with high-performance capacities that offers low weight, high pressure, and high-volume airflow for clean air ventilation applications.
    • Canarm: The APL-DP-EC is a Class III direct drive, backward-curved, airfoil wheel plenum fan recognized for space and energy savings. The APL-DP-EC is commonly used in data centers and will also be on display in Canarm’s AHR booth (North Building — N2567).
    • Acme Engineering & Manufacturing: The SXP highly efficient Acme wheel is paired with the latest motor technology from Infinitum offering reliability, precision performance, optimized system efficiency, reduced energy consumption, and improvements in sound reduction. The SXP provides standard and custom solutions to meet a wide range of ventilation needs at a multitude of pressure and airflow requirements.
  • Pump Solutions: See how Infinitum motors enable innovation in vertical inline pump solutions and feature maximum wire-to-water efficiency, variable speed control, and space savings for a variety of applications.
