Industry veterans - Ben Merritt, Brian Klaus, Chris Alonso, and Hector Jimenez are new contributors to Marcone's leadership team.

Ben Merritt

As Vice President of Revenue Optimization, Merritt is homing in on pricing optimization across Marcone's HVAC division to create a streamlined customer value proposition.

He also is utilizing his 17-year background in sales and marketing to help HVAC business units launch initiatives that evolve Marcone's customer segment and product mix.

Brian Klaus

He is focusing on growing the company's e-commerce efforts as a way of boosting customer satisfaction

As HVAC Vice President of Omni-Channel Engagement, Klaus uses best-in-class technology to provide solutions that improve the customer experience.

He is focusing on growing the company's e-commerce efforts as a way of boosting customer satisfaction.

Chris Alonso

Alonso is Marcone's Vice President of HVAC Strategic Accounts, focused on growing both regional and national sales in residential, multi-family housing, and light commercial markets.

He has a long history in the HVAC industry with extensive knowledge that will benefit Marcone's HVAC customers.

Hector Jimenez 

He is focused on helping customers succeed through value-added offerings

Jimenez is Vice President of HVAC Regional Markets, where he leads C&L Supply HVAC and Plumbing.

He is focused on helping customers succeed through value-added offerings such as dealer programs, technical and business training, and inventory management solutions.

All are newly created roles at Marcone, reporting to Marcone HVAC President Randall Hudspeth.

Marcone Group has expanded its footprint and product offering in recent years, entering the HVAC, plumbing, commercial kitchen, and pool/spa sectors.

The company boasts nearly 200 locations in the U.S. and Canada, including distribution centers in most major metro areas. That vast distribution network affords next-day delivery to 93% of the United States and 100% two-day.
