Industrial Combustion has announced that it will have three burner series on display at the AHR Expo 2022 event.

The company’s booth will feature its SBR-30, V/LNV and Q Series burners with experienced representatives available for consultation, at the AHR Expo 2022 exhibition.

SBR-30 Series burner

The SBR-30 Series burner can achieve less than 30 PPM NOx emissions without FGR and offers a natural gas fuel option from 16.8 to 54.6 MMBTU per hour. This low-NOx burner is also capable of firing #2 fuel oil as a backup fuel.

Its design is ideal for use with applications, where low emissions are required and high efficiency is desired. The SBR-30 Series delivers the reliability to meet current stringent NOx emission levels without FGR and avoids high excess O2, with a bonus feature of low operational noise levels.

V/LNV Series burner

The V Series burners, available in uncontrolled and low-NOx configurations, offer multi-fuel versatility

Suitable for firetube, firebox, commercial watertube and cast iron boilers, the V Series burner features a unique, aerodynamic air damper design that permits accurate air-to-fuel settings for maximum combustion efficiency.

The V Series burners, available in uncontrolled and low-NOx configurations, offer multi-fuel versatility, in order to meet the toughest air quality standards.

Q Series burner

Designed around efficiency and operational simplicity, the Q Series burner is perfect for cast iron sectional boilers, firebox, commercial watertube, firetube, furnace and oven applications. The standard Q Series burner features linkage-less operation with DC pulse width modulation and parallel positioning gas actuator control for increased efficiencies and ease of use.

It also includes on/off or full modulation linkage-less operation and offers natural gas from 0.375 to 2.5 MMBTU per hour. Its compact design allows provisions for sealed combustion or fresh air intake.

Industrial Combustion

Industrial Combustion has more than 75 distributors worldwide, providing retrofit sales, parts and service after the sale, as well as extensive product training. Industrial Combustion is a globally renowned manufacturer of burners designed for commercial, industrial and institutional applications.

The company’s wide range of superior products has enabled it to become a leader in both domestic and international markets. For nearly 70 years, Industrial Combustion burners have been standard equipment in virtually every major boiler manufacturer’s packaged products.
