Marcone business units in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Massachusetts, and Kansas brought together hundreds of HVAC professionals for a series of educational sessions aimed at giving business owners the resources to continue successfully growing their company moving forward.

Munch's Supply welcomed American Standard and Trane dealers to annual meetings in both Chicago and Detroit under the theme, "Stand out." There, dealers learned about AI, financing, new products, and best practices as a way of helping them separate their business from the competition.

Dealers learned about industry trends, products and solutions to make 2024 their best year yet. O’Connor Company welcomed more than 220 dealers to the Overland Park Convention Center in Kansas. The meeting focused on navigating toward success, with sessions about overcoming adversity, maximizing profit and embracing change.
