Hiplus Aire Acondicionado (HITECSA), one of Spain's foremost manufacturers of HVAC equipment for the commercial sector, has been formally approved to join the Eurovent family during a recent online meeting of the association’s Board of Directors.

Since 1982, HITECSA has been one of the Spanish market leaders in the design and manufacture of medium- and high-powered climate control equipment. Its range of products includes, for example, air-air and water-air packaged units, rooftop units, air-water heat pumps and chillers, heat recovery ventilation units, and fan coil units.

Authority comment

Mr. Guillermo Rosenberg, Chairman of the HITECSA Board of Directors remarked: “We are happy to officially join Eurovent as a Corresponding Member. Being actively involved in the association’s activities for many years and myself having been on the Board of Eurovent in the past, HITECSA recognizes the high importance of association work when it comes to legislation, standardization, and industry representation. We look forward to actively contributing to the activities of Eurovent.
