Franklin Electric Co., Inc. brand Little Giant is giving HVAC professionals a durable, proven option when it comes to condensate removal with the HT-VCL Series – a line of high-temperature condensate pumps plenum rated for use within the tight floor and ceiling spaces HVAC units must often go. The units are considered the highest-performing pumps in the Little Giant family.

HT-VCL Series

The HT-VCL Series is built for optimum performance in handling a variety of challenging settings, including steam humidifiers and boiler applications, with proven long-term reliability. Each unit is constructed with plastics that have been tested and complies with Underwriter’s Laboratories’ UL Standard 2043 “Fire Test for Heat and Visible Smoke Release for Discrete Products and Their Accessories Installed in Air Handling Spaces.”

They also offer installation features that set them apart, including a uniquely constructed external pump switch test lever to help installers ensure the pump is functioning without needing to fill the tank. The 14-foot lead wires provide a connection to a power supply with separate leads for the overflow detection switch.

higher flow ratings

The HT-VCL Series boasts higher flow ratings versus competitive products and comes in 1/8 and 1/3 hp models with flows up to 575 gph at five feet with a maximum of 62 feet of head. Each is backed by the manufacturer's two-year warranty.
