While University of Louisville (UofL) Health continues to maintain an adequate supply of personal protective equipment (PPE), donations are helping prepare for the still unknown future need. The N95 mask remains an essential tool for protecting front line health care workers, and it remains in short supply nationwide.

Front lines protecting community

As soon as we heard about the need from Mayor Greg Fischer, we began working with our suppliers to see if we could secure masks for the doctors, nurses and medical professionals who are working tirelessly to keep us all safe. We have a long-standing partnership with UofL and appreciate the chance to help those who are heroes on the front lines protecting our community,” President & CEO Kevin Nolan, GE Appliances, a Haier company.
