JTW Advisors LLC announced that its client, Gator Air Conditioning, a premier provider of residential HVAC services in the Sarasota and Tampa regions, has been acquired by Del-Air Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, backed by Astara Capital Providers.

JTW Advisors served as the exclusive investment banker to Gator Air Conditioning for the transaction.
