Midwest-based HVAC distributor - Munch's Supply has announced that Steve Raimondi and Adam Slusher will lead operations in the US states of Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan.

Munch's Supply is part of Marcone Group, North America's distributor of appliance, HVAC, plumbing, commercial kitchen, and pool and spa parts.

New Responsibilities

As Market President of Illinois/Indiana, Steve Raimondi will oversee operations at nine locations throughout the two states, incorporating 400 employees.

Adam Slusher is the new Market President of Munch's Michigan, where he oversees operations at 11 locations throughout the state, which represents 94 employees. Munch's Michigan includes businesses operating under the names of Tommark and T.A. Gentry.

Both pioneers report to Regional Business Unit President - Mike Hendershott.

Extensive experience

Steve Raimondi previously worked as Director of Sales, but has held a range of positions during his 20 years with Munch's. Having started with the company as a high school student, he learned the HVAC industry through multiple roles that included operations, sales, and leadership.

Adam Slusher's experience

Slusher's history in the HVAC industry dates to 2007 when he graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington's Cameron School of Business.

He went on to become the Regional VRF and Ductless Leader, Commercial Sales Leader, and Vice President of Product Management for Carrier Enterprise. He received the prestigious Carrier Executive Leadership Award and was a finalist for UNC-Wilmington's Men's Summit Award.

Growing market footprint

I'm very excited for the opportunity to grow and develop Munch's presence in the Michigan market,” said Adam Slusher, adding “I have a deep passion for new technologies, along with experience with commercial, Ductless/VRF, and other HVAC systems."

He continues, "I'm looking forward to exploring new opportunities within those segments. The goal is to rapidly grow our footprint in the market while keeping in touch with Munch's longstanding culture and values. I am honored to be part of the team that will bring that to fruition.
