Emerson, a globally renowned software, technology, and engineering solutions company that provides innovative solutions for customers in industrial, commercial, and residential markets, has announced new leadership in its HVACR Technologies and Digital & Connected Technologies business groups.
New Leadership Appointments
John Schneider will serve as President of the HVACR Technologies - America's business, at Emerson. He has served in several senior leadership roles within Emerson, including the former Network Power business (now Vertiv), and most recently, served as the President of Therm-O-Disc (now Sensing & Protection division, under Emerson). John Schneider holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MBA degree from Xavier University.
“Having John in this role will help us to leverage our renowned compression and related solutions expertise, across our Americas business,” said Brent Schroeder, the Group President, HVACR Technologies for Emerson.

Vicki Dawkins will replace John Schneider as the President of Sensing & Protection, Emerson (formerly Therm-O-Disc) in the Digital & Connected Technologies group. Dawkins has held several key positions within Emerson, in Planning and Supply Chain, before serving as President of Emerson Asia Pacific and most recently, serving as the President of Motors (formerly Hermetic Motors).
Software and controls expert
Vicki Dawkins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and an MBA degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
