Embraco, a global provider of refrigeration technology for the residential and commercial cold chain and part of Nidec Global Appliance, brings launches to the AHR Expo 2025, held from February 10th to 12th, in Orlando, Florida.

Embraco’s exhibition will present its complete range of refrigeration solutions, introducing recently launched innovations and an advanced concept product, reinforcing its position as a one-stop partner for the commercial refrigeration industry.

AHR Expo

The AHR Expo is the premier event for the HVAC&R industry in the United States, drawing thousands of visitors to experience cutting-edge technologies and foster essential industry connections.

Embraco’s participation aligns with its mission to anticipate market trends and provide sustainable, energy-efficient solutions that empower its partners to meet evolving regulatory and operational challenges.

A Game-Changing Solution for the Next DOE Ruling

The solution simplifies the refrigeration system’s assembly for manufacturers while meeting stringent DOE and NSF standards

A highlight of Embraco’s booth will be the unveiling of its new concept in monoblocks, which is still in development. It is an innovative solution designed for top-mounted reach-in refrigerators.

Combining unmatched energy efficiency and compactness with a plug-and-play design, the solution simplifies the refrigeration system’s assembly for manufacturers while meeting stringent DOE (Department of Energy) and NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) standards.

Embraco monoblock Benefits

Key benefits of the new Embraco monoblock will include:

  • Energy efficiency: Achieving up to 30%+ energy savings compared to market standards, powered by components from the Sync it All portfolio (description below).
  • Flexibility: Customizable configurations for condenser, evaporator, and base plate, maximizing application versatility and reducing maintenance costs.
  • Future-proof compliance: Seamlessly adhering to DOE and NSF standards, ensuring regulatory peace of mind for manufacturers.
  • Tailored for each need:  A concept that adapts to a wide range of reach-ins and their specific needs, while streamlining production and storage needs.

Sync it All Portfolio: Integration of Components

Embraco will also present its Sync it All portfolio, the Embraco Air Fan, the YouControl development interface

At the booth, Embraco will also present its Sync it All portfolio, a fully integrated suite of products that combines the Embraco Sync controller, the Embraco Air Fan, the YouControl development interface, and Embraco variable-speed compressors.

Together, these components exemplify the future of refrigeration: they work synchronized with each other to enhance the system’s performance and simplify implementation.

Expanded Product Offerings

Embraco will showcase its comprehensive product lineup, emphasizing solutions that deliver high performance and sustainability:

  • Variable-speed compressors: Including the VEM and VNEX series, offering best-in-class energy efficiency and cooling capacity for diverse applications, from merchandisers to reach-in commercial freezers with up to 5 doors.
  • Condensing units: Featuring the EDP, a lineup characterized by an evaporative drain pan with a hot loop to accelerate evaporation, marked by compact designs and robust performance.

one-stop solutions provider

The AHR Expo is one of the main events in the US for the HVAC&R market, and we are here to reinforce our position as a one-stop solutions provider for the commercial refrigeration segment, with solutions that make us a key partner for customers to face the challenges of current and future regulations regarding energy efficiency and food safety,” says Michel Moreira, Commercial Appliances Business Sales Director for North America at Nidec Global Appliance.

He underscores Embraco’s commitment to innovation and customer success, “With groundbreaking solutions like our future new monoblock and the Sync it All portfolio, we are not only addressing today’s market needs but shaping the future of refrigeration.” Attendees are invited to experience these cutting-edge technologies firsthand at Embraco’s booth, number 2529, where experts will be available to discuss how these innovations can transform their refrigeration systems.
