ECR International is pleased to announce Ava Enoch as their new Manufacturing Engineer. In this position, Ava will primarily be responsible for Manufacturing Work Instructions (MWI’s), supporting the Continuous Improvement of our Manufacturing Operations and transitioning new products into production.

Culture of Continuous Improvement

ECR is focused on creating a culture of Continuous Improvement in support of the BDR initiatives, and Ava will play a key role in creating and supporting this initiative.

Ava is a recent graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY where she earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering and she has recently relocated to the Utica area. Ava will be a key part of the Continuous Improvement & Process Engineering team.
