William joins ECR International from Mars Air Systems where he oversaw 27 independent reps in the HVAC, Food Service and Material Handling Industry. William started his career in mechanical engineering with Gritton & Associates focusing primarily on end user accounts for product lines such as Aerco, Marley Cooling Towers and Bell & Gosset. During his tenure with Gritton & Associates, he was able to grow sales 35% year-over-year in the end user segment.
Prior to expanding his experience into the mechanical engineering world, he held various management positions in the hospitality industry. As a 5th generation executive in hotel & casino, he broke into the industry as a valet attendant. After years of hard work and determination, he was able to obtain the prestigious title of Hotel Operations Manager at The Bellagio.
Fire Science
William received his Master of Business Administration at the University of Nevada – Las Vegas and his Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in gaming from the University of Nevada – Reno. He also holds four associate’s degrees in: Fire Science with an Academy Emphasis, Associate of Arts, Associate of Fire Science Technology, and an Associate of business.
William is expecting his first child, baby boy Wesson Matthew, this October. He enjoys riding motorcycles, weightlifting, and going on various trips with his family. He is also a big fan of David Goggins and Joe Rogan.
