DRI-STEEM Corporation (DriSteem), the manufacturer of humidification, evaporative cooling, and water treatment products, announced that they have added a new humidistat option with BACnet capability to their expanding catalog of products.

BACnet humidistat

DriSteem’s new humidistat option with BACnet capability enables pressurized steam dispersion to communicate humidifier demand and provide status in the space to a building automation system. The BACnet humidistat model TRI2 comes with two options: as a 2-piece kit that includes a wall controller with duct sensor, or as a room wall humidistat only.

At DriSteem we are always looking for ways to improve our products,” said Jennifer Montville, Director of Marketing at DriSteem, adding “The new BACnet humidistat offers consumers more options for our technology to suit their needs.”
