AHR Expo (Orange County Center, Florida, from February 10-12, 2025) is the major event for HVACR professionals and visitors to Booth 781 will see Distech Controls’ innovative BMS software suite, controllers, and displays as well as its range of sensors and interfaces. They will also learn more about Distech Controls' four new distinct product categories, and the Atrius brand of cloud applications and common data platforms.

Sensors & Interfaces
- Resense™ Move, a cutting-edge 7-in-1 sensor, includes an AI-powered people-counting solution designed to enhance indoor environmental quality, improve energy efficiency, and decrease operating costs.
- Resense Air series, which features a contemporary design to blend seamlessly with its surroundings. Available in black and white, it has capacitive buttons and raises the bar for all future sensors and interfaces.
Controllers & Displays
- Eclypse™ includes the new generation of Eclypse controllers, the ECY-400 and ECY-600, for equipment control. The ECY-S1000, ECY-VAV, and ECY-APEX controllers will be on the stand as well as the ECY-STAT thermostat. Visitors will also get an exclusive first look at the Eclypse ECY-103, 20,3, and 300 series controllers along with the redesigned Eclypse Display series – previously known as Horyzon-C – which is now more powerful and available in new dimensions.
BMS Software Suite
- Eclypse Facilities, the AHR Expo Innovation Award-Winning Building Automation OS & Software, is embedded directly within Distech Controls’ Eclypse-connected controllers to control, connect, and monitor a variety of equipment types within buildings.
- The Builder and GFX programming tools will also be on the stand as well as Eclypse Designer, the web-based graphic design and visualization interface.
- EC-Net Facilities leverages the Niagara framework both at the building controller and server level to specialize in advanced management and visualization of devices across small to large portfolios.
- Atrius® Facilities: a cloud-based BMS software solution designed to enhance building operations and reduce energy usage. The Organize module allows system integrators to remotely set up, maintain, and access Eclypse controllers using either the mobile application or web browser interface.
Atrius Cloud Applications and Platform:
In addition to Atrius Facilities, other Atrius products on display will be energy monitoring (Atrius Energy), sustainability reporting (Atrius Sustainability), indoor wayfinding (Atrius Wayfinder), and asset tracking (Atrius Locator). Atrius DataLab is our independent data platform that brings clarity and alignment between all building systems and equipment.
Refrigeration
- KE2 Therm™, a product family within Distech Controls, will also be on display at the booth. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover the latest A2L compatible controllers, providing both detection and mitigation of A2L refrigerant leaks, as well as advances in refrigeration control and communications.
