With this new cooperation, Proemion will directly supply Danfoss' end customers worldwide with its products. The CANlink® mobile, Proemion's telematics control unit, is equipped with Danfoss' diagnostic communication protocol. Enabling connected machines to communicate with the Danfoss PLUS+1® Service Tool.

Forward-Looking Telematics Solutions

Furthermore, Proemion provides its cloud-based infrastructure. Using Proemion's APIs and Web portal, end customers can configure and visualize Danfoss service offerings. For instance, diagnostics and troubleshooting, to fit their needs.

Both companies are convinced that they can offer their customers innovative and forward-looking telematics solutions with their combined strengths. Danfoss offers diagnostic solutions specifically tailored to its controllers, while Proemion's hardware and software provide a fast and direct connection to the machines wherever they are located. The new partnership between the two companies will continue to benefit end customers in the long term. Proemion can already incorporate the requirements of the Danfoss controllers into the development of new gateways.

Enhanced Transfer Of Knowledge

By including the Proemion hardware in its toolchain, Danfoss ensures that the telematics units communicate with the end customers' machines. Through the enhanced transfer of knowledge, both companies can also take a proactive approach to future-oriented issues. Such as predictive analyses and connected controllers.
