UK-based renowned one-stop air conditioning specialists, Coolair Equipment Limited has won a four-year legal battle to secure the rights to the ‘Coolair’ brand name. They have been granted UK trademarks for both the name ‘Coolair’ and their blue logo that features the phrase: ‘Coolair: Your Comfort Zone.’
The company, Coolair Equipment Limited, which is headquartered in Manchester and with offices located in the Midlands and Maidstone, in the United Kingdom, say the move is part of a wider company strategy to cement their reputation and remove confusion from the marketplace.

Renowned UK supplier of AC units and heat pumps
Since its inception in 1980, Coolair Equipment Limited has become one of the UK’s renowned air conditioning (AC) companies, supplying, installing, and maintaining air conditioning units and heat pump systems, across the United Kingdom. Coolair Equipment Limited originally lodged its trademark request in 2018.
John Otterson further said, “As a values-driven business, it is imperative that we protect our name so it is only associated with the Coolair Equipment Limited ethos.”
