The hour-long webinar will present the latest, scientific research on delivering a healthy hotel and actionable insights to address the current challenges faced by hotels — from severe labor shortages and low guest occupancy to increased demands from guests for safe and healthy stays. A live question and answer session will be offered.

Dr. Joseph Allen, Director of the Healthy Buildings Program at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, will present research connecting human cognitive and performance benefits to Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), which can result in a better night’s sleep and greater satisfaction for guests.

He will also provide recommendations for building infrastructure improvements for a healthier indoor environment supported by the latest research studies since the start of the pandemic.
