Visitors to the BOXT website are able to complete a short series of questions to receive an instant quotation for the best heat pump solution for their home as well as being able to book an installation date in as little as two weeks with a network of installers available across the country.

To further simplify the customer journey, BOXT applies for the £7,500 Boiler Upgrade Scheme Grant on customers’ behalf, not only reducing the amount of administration time required for homeowners, but also lowering the cost of a heat pump to as little as £3,299.

With a Quiet Mark certification, they are also considered to be the quietest on the market and have a Coefficient of Performance (COP) of up to 5.2, making them exceptionally efficient, which also allows for a lower carbon output.
Vaillant heat pumps also offer an app-based heating control system, vSMARTᵀᴹ, which gives homeowners total control of their heating, as well as access to holiday functions and maintenance indications like low water pressure or any other faults. A further added benefit of the vSMARTᵀᴹ system is that it also allows BOXT to monitor the customer's system remotely and assist them in optimizing their heating and hot water performance.
