Heating manufacturer Remeha, part of Baxi Heating and BDR Thermea Group, has launched the Quinta Ace 135, a brand new addition to the premium Quinta Ace 30-160 range of high-efficiency, low-NOx, wall-hung condensing boilers.

Available in 30, 45, 55, 65, 90, 115, 135, and 160 outputs, the comprehensive Quinta Ace series provides specifiers and contractors with even more versatile options for both new and retrofit installations.

Compact design

The new Quinta Ace 135 has similar dimensions and connections to the Quinta Ace 160. With its compact design, it is suitable for both individual installation and as part of a multi-boiler cascade or rig system.

There is the additional opportunity to mix and match outputs for added design flexibility

As with all the models in the Quinta Ace range, there is the additional opportunity to mix and match outputs for added design flexibility. This enables more accurate matching of heat demand for reduced energy consumption and waste.

Flexibility and efficiency

Paul Arnold, Product Manager at Baxi Heating, said, “The Quinta Ace has become the byword for quality and reliability in wall hung boilers. Now, with a choice of eight outputs, as well as extensive cascade and bespoke-designed rig options, our customers have all the flexibility they need from the Quinta Ace to meet individual project requirements.”

Built on Remeha’s revolutionary Ace control platform, the new Quinta Ace 135 offers increased flexibility and efficiency of operation, from installation to commissioning to maintenance. In-built 0-10V and volt-free contacts provide a direct connection to any Building Management System (BMS) for improved system control at no extra cost.

Maximum efficiency

Quinta Ace 135 delivers near-maximum efficiencies of up to 98% GCV for higher-than-average energy savings

The Quinta Ace 135 delivers near-maximum efficiencies of up to 98% GCV for higher-than-average energy savings. With excellent low Class 6 NOx emissions of 24mg/kWh (Dry, 0% O2), it qualifies for maximum BREEAM credits.

Paul continued, “As we work to reduce our environmental impact, installation should be just the starting point when it comes to boiler selection.”

Easy maintenance

Our customers will find that our Quinta Ace 135, like the rest of the range, is designed for straightforward servicing and easy maintenance to help optimize performance and energy efficiency throughout its lifetime. This includes the trademark Quinta Ace internal light for simpler servicing in dark plant rooms, a cleanable heat exchanger, readily available spare parts, and even an optional service kit.”

Like all Remeha condensing boilers, the new Quinta Ace 135 comes with a seven-year warranty, including parts and labor, and 24/7 technical support for added peace of mind.
