American Coolair has developed the FGBC52-PC fan featuring its new high-density polyethylene (HDPE) cone. HDPE is a high-strength thermoplastic polymer.

Because it is lighter than traditional fiberglass and UV, the AMC FGBC52-PC is an economical option for ventilating agricultural buildings when paired with an interior wall shutter.

FGBC52PC fan features

The FGBC52PC uses American Coolair’s unique static shaft and bearing housing which allows the blade hub to also serve as the driven sheave. This places the belt load directly over the bearings and extends the life of the bearings over 5 times more than a turning shaft fan thus lowering your maintenance costs.

The fan comes with cast aluminum airfoil blade assemblies engineered to produce the best air performance available. The fan is performance rated by the Bioenvironmental and Structural Systems Lab (BESS Lab) at the University of Illinois.
