Already backing its products with some of the industry’s strongest limited warranties, Amana brand Heating & Air Conditioning has announced new limited warranty enhancements for many of its air conditioning, heat pump, gas furnace and residential packaged products. Beginning February 1, 2020, a 2-Year Unit Replacement Limited Warranty will cover numerous Amana brand indoor comfort models should the heat exchanger or compressor fail on the original homeowner – provided that system is properly registered.

The warranty enhancement focus on Amana brands’ 14- and 13-SEER condensing units, 80 percent and 90 percent AFUE gas furnaces, and residential packaged units, including:

  • Air Conditioners – ASX14, ANX14, ASX13, ANX13
  • Heat Pumps – ASZ14, ANZ14
  • Gas furnaces – AMES92, ACES80
  • Residential Packaged Air Conditioning Units – APC15H, APC14H, APC14M
  • Residential Packaged Heat Pumps – APH16H, APH16M, APH14H, APH14M
  • Residential Dual-Fuel and Packaged Gas/Electric – ADP14, APG16M, APG14M

Existing extended limited warranty coverages remain active for all Amana brand HVAC products.

Amana brand indoor comfort systems have long been known for their industry leading warranties, including a Lifetime Unit Replacement Limited Warranty backing many heating and air conditioning models.
