Based on the previous successful experience, Aston Rose selected Adcock Refrigeration and Air Conditioning for their new project at Brook Street, Mayfair. By replacing their old air conditioning system with new Mitsubishi Electric VRF equipment, the company helped to improve the energy efficiency, lowered the energy costs and prevented unexpected breakdowns for reliable year-round comfort.

VRF solution enables to heat and cool different parts of the building at the same time or set the systems to only come on when they are occupied. The company carried out replacement of all existing plant and modifications to ductwork. The installation of new equipment had to be completed over 5 fully occupied floors and in order to keep disruptions to minimum most of the works were done out of hours.
