Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) is an international center of excellence in child healthcare. Adcock was appointed to replace the air conditioning system in the communications room which had failed and needed urgent attention. As computer servers release a great deal of heat they must be kept in a cool, well-ventilated room. When a server becomes overheated the performance is noticeably reduced.

Keeping the correct temperature is essential not only for optimal function but optimal longevity of hardware as well. Adcock's engineers quickly supplied, installed and commissioned a new system. All works were completed out of hours to keep disruptions to a minimum.
