Adcock Refrigeration and Air Conditioning has been awarded a maintenance contract for the second year to provide care for close control air conditioning equipment to critical server room and office space. Based on excellent service received during first year, Willis decided to renew the contract and also add additional equipment.
As a maintenance customer, Willis Tower Watson has privileged access to the company’s swift-response 24-hour call-out service, should they need it need. This is especially important for the smooth operation of the units installed in their server room. It’s a point of pride to Adcock that the company responds to all their call-outs and meet or improve upon their contracted SLAs.
