The Churchmanor Estates Company are a property development company with head offices in Ipswich. The company have been around for over 30 years and have developed over 2.5 million square feet of property including residential accommodation, offices, industrial parks, and shopping centers.
Adcock Refrigeration and Air Conditioning was contracted by Imex M&E Ltd to supply large scale air conditioning and control systems for their client, The Churchmanor Estates Company Plc.
This was the very first order from Imex M&E to the company, they have considerable confidence in Adcock through its reputation and their research of the company’s stability. Since this order, several other orders have been placed as Adcock continues to build on this relationship.
buildings BMS system
The development works being carried out for a property on Princes Street, Ipswich, started at the end of 2017. The air conditioning systems being installed will also act as the building's BMS system, connecting to various interfaces and controllers such as electrical meters and water meters negating the need for a separate system.
